We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large
events, and 4-8 weeks for smaller celebrations. However, we
understand that sometimes special occasions come up
quickly—contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your
timeline!
We primarily serve the local area and surrounding regions. Contact

Pricing & Booking
Pricing varies based on the services you need, guest count, event
duration, and specific requirements. We offer customized quotes
for each event to ensure you get exactly what you need within your

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your event date. The deposit
amount varies depending on the services booked. The remaining
balance is typically due closer to your event date. We'll provide
all payment details in your contract.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment
methods like Zelle or Venmo. Payment details will be outlined in
your service agreement.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy
varies by service and timing. Generally, cancellations made well
in advance may receive partial refunds, while last-minute
cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Full details are provided
in your service contract.
Decor Rentals
We offer an extensive collection including linens (table runners,
overlays, napkins), centerpieces, backdrops, lighting, whiskey
barrels, marquee numbers and letters, thrones, arches, and themed

Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services. Our team
ensures everything is perfectly arranged before your event and
handles all teardown afterward, so you can enjoy your celebration
stress-free.
Absolutely! We work closely with you to match your color scheme,
theme, and vision. From selecting the perfect linen colors to
creating custom centerpieces, we'll tailor every detail to make
your event uniquely yours.
We understand accidents happen! Normal wear and tear is expected.
However, if items are significantly damaged or lost, there may be
a replacement fee. We'll discuss this in detail when you book and
provide clear guidelines for item care.
Day-of Questions
Yes! Depending on your service package, Mr. and Mrs. Wise or our
trained staff will be present to coordinate, manage vendors,
oversee setup, and ensure everything runs smoothly. For decor-only
rentals, we handle setup and teardown but may not stay for the
duration of the event.
We're always just a phone call away! Our team is experienced in
handling unexpected situations and will work quickly to resolve
any issues. For full-service packages, we're on-site to address
concerns immediately.
We try to be as flexible as possible! Minor changes can often be
accommodated up to a week before your event. Major changes may
require additional fees or may not be possible if items are
already reserved. Contact us as soon as you know changes are
needed.
